Le breis is bliain anuas tá muintir na scoile ag pleanáil chun ‘Spás Súgartha‘ a thógáil ar chúl na scoile. Beidh an ‘Spás Súgartha’ seo tairbheach do gach dalta sa scoil. Cabhróidh sé le gach dalta bheith gníomhach agus forbairt a dhéanamh ar réimse leathan scileanna atá tabhachtach dóibh ar scoil agus sa saol. Gan dabht- táimid ag súil thar aon rud eile go mmbainfidh siad sult agus spórt as bheith ag súgradh ann.

For over a year now we have been and planning the creation of a 'PlaySpace' on open ground behind the school. Much discussion has taken place with advisors from the Occupational Therapy Department in U.C.C., a project engineer as well as parents with expertise in various areas relevant to the project

We believe that this will be a very worthwhile and exciting development which will benefit each pupil in the school. We hope to organise construction of the 'PlaySpace' during the Summer holidays. To date almost €18,000 has been raised through fundraising by the Coiste Tacaíochta and through contributions from the business sector, as well as a grant of €7,000 received from Ciste Dhúin Laoi Teo. A further €10,000 is required to complete the project and we are asking each family or friends and past-pupils who may wish to contribute to help us reach our goal.
