" Please Sir...... ! " - "OLIVER 2015"

On the 9th and 10th of December the pupils of Gaelscoil Uí Riada presented the latest drama by the school ” Oliver 2015″. After all the auditions, the songs, learning the dance moves, organising costumes - everything was finally ready for the big night.

Then, when the curtain went back, the magic began, and for more than two hours we were all transfixed by the wonderful story being acted out on the stage.

Every pupil in the school was on stage both nights and parents and friends must have been extremely proud of the young actors and their efforts. We hope they will all have great memories of the occasion.

Many thanks to all the wonderful staff in the school who worked so hard to prepare for the show and to Shirley McCarthy, our speech and drama teacher who brought the whole show together so professionally.
