The inaugural Munster Chess Championship for Gaelscoileanna was held in Gaelscoil Uí Riada on Thursday 14th May, under the direction of Úna Ní Bhaoill of " Gaelscoileanna". Gaelscoileanna“.

Six teams from six Gaelscoileanna in the Cork region participated in the competition on the day and everyone had a great time! Eventually, Gaelscoil Chionn tS áile emerged victorious, with our own team in Gaelscoil Uí Riada in third place.

Here's hoping for an even bigger and better competition in 2016!
